Q: I cancel the order ,but why I stilldidn't receive the refund ?

A: It need 3-20 working days for Ali express to process the refund ,to be patient .


Q: What is our return policy ?

A: If the hairs has some quality problem ,we will accept the returning within 7 days after finishing the order.

if you don't like the hair ,but there is no quality problem ,you can return the hair within 7days ,but you need

pay the shipping fee.


Q: How long does it last?

A: This hair can last for long time depending on how you maintain it.Treat it like your own hair and take very

good care of it,hair texture could be hold well after washing.


Q: Can the hair be dyed or bleached?

A: The wigs can not be dyed or permed.Please do not try it.


Q: What's the best temperature for flat iron or curled iron?

A: We recommend 160~180 Celsius degree or 320-350 Fahrenheit degree! Even human hair can be burned.If

the temperature is too high without proper time control.Heat protection products will be recommended during

high temperature iron.


Q: Why the color is not the same as description?

A: The difference in color might be caused by some reasons like lighting ,background,color reflection in the

monitor,etc.However,if you think the item you receive is wrong,please contact us ASAP,we will solve it for you.


Q: Does the hair shed a lot?

A: Some friends may complain about shedding after they run through the hair with fingers.Usually ,it won't shed

if you run through it gently.
